It’s a bird!  It’s a plane!  No, silly, it’s a pizza.  Or… a tostada… and by golly, I think it’s made of cauliflower! 

Apparently there has been some excitement lately over the fact that we can, indeed, make a crust out of a vegetable.

This humble, mild-tasting, white crucifer has lately become a hot topic among trendy dieters as a low-cal low-carb sub for favorite carby foods, ie., mashed taters and pizza crust.
