Friends, it has been about three years since I began blogging about food, fitness, and how cute baby elephants are when they run.
Wait – not the last one. That’s just something I was thinking about just now. But, hey - aren’t they?
Right. It’s been just about three years since I started this blog. I’ve enjoyed sharing my discoveries in the kitchen with you, most of which involve experimenting with strange and foreign ingredients (ie., yogurt, almond flour, avocados, etc.) to “magically” make delicious things healthy.
If you’ve stopped by before, you probably know that I sprinkle in health/fitness tips here and there among my recipes. This is because the world would obviously be a better place if chocolate and health were not mutually exclusive.
