Welcome to my latest book review post! There’s nothing like being part of a blog tour for getting myself back up and writing again. With so many recent curves in this little rollercoaster I call life, I have been doing just about everything but writing lately.
Fortunately, I love to read as much as I love to write, and being given the opportunity to review this “how-to guide” on healthy vegan eating, I jumped on the chance to sit down and crack a book.
