Sometimes this feeling occurs to me. It probably means I need a self-help book on time management.
Anyway, this is the part where I announce to you the wonderful reason I’ve been so terrible at posting anything consistently for a while…
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am so very pleased to announce that today marks the official date that my very first cookbook is released!
I know I’ve been talking about it a bit, but this is kind of a lifelong dream come true here! And I can tell you, it’s only the first big thing I’ll do this year.

This brings to mind “New Year’s Resolutions.” But contrary to my inclination to customarily make resolutions per each new year, this year I have just been far too busy…. Actually doing things!
What an awesome concept. I’m just letting things happen, and amazing things are getting done!
In kind of a crazy random turn of events, I’ve spent the last summer traveling and visiting friends and family, trying out fun new jobs, and ultimately landing an awesome personal training job.
Since then, I’ve been planning out transformation goals for my fantastic clients, who, among others, have given me a BUNCH of inspiration for some of the wonderful stuff I’ll be making for YOU!
I’ll have more to write in the very near future, but for the moment, enjoy (and drool over) a couple examples of future recipes I’ll have for you right here!
